If a dose is missed, administer the missed dose as quickly as possible and resume the once every 6-month injection schedule from the date of when the missed dose was given.

• Treatment with Exdensur may cause critical allergic reactions, including dizziness, rash, itching, swelling, or breathing complications. Patients with known hypersensitivity reactions to any component should avoid receiving this injection. Immediate medical attention is needed if signs of anaphylaxis or a serious allergic reaction occur.
• This medicine is not intended for the relief of acute asthma attacks or sudden breathing complications. Patients experiencing worsening asthma symptoms should get urgent medical help. Regular monitoring is required to assess disease control and adjust background therapy accordingly.
• Do not suddenly reduce or stop systemic or inhaled corticosteroids after starting treatment. Rapid tapering may worsen asthma or cause adrenal insufficiency. Corticosteroid doses should be decreased gradually under medical supervision while monitoring clinical stability and symptoms.
• Patients with active parasitic infections should receive appropriate treatment before initiating Exdensur. This drug may affect the immune response, potentially worsening untreated helminth infections. If infection occurs during therapy and does not respond to treatment, temporarily discontinue treatment.
• This medicine should be used during pregnancy only if clearly required and prescribed by a healthcare provider. Limited data exist on its use in pregnant women. The potential benefits should be weighed carefully against possible risks to the developing fetus.
• It is unknown whether Exdensur passes into human breast milk. Caution is required when administering to breastfeeding mothers. A decision should be made whether to stop breastfeeding or delay treatment, considering the importance of therapy to the mother.
