Jascayd (nerandomilast) is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor for use in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. It is indicated for:

Recommended Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 18 mg twice daily, administered orally approximately 12 hours apart, with or without food. Swallow the tablets whole or dispersed in water. Recommended dosage of Jascayd is 18 mg twice daily when used concomitantly with pirfenidone. Do not reduce the dosage to 9 mg twice daily. Reduce it to 9 mg twice daily for patients who are not able to tolerate 18 mg twice daily, except in those who concomitantly use Jascayd with pirfenidone.

If any dose is missed, the patient should take the next dose at the next scheduled time. It is not advisable to make up for a missed dose. The maximum recommended dosage of this therapeutic drug is 18 mg twice daily.

• Treatment with Jascayd tablets should be used during pregnancy only if clearly prescribed by a doctor. There is not much data to support and guarantee safety during pregnancy. Jascayd could be more harmful than useful. Tell your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before your treatment.
• Precaution is required while taking Jascayd Tablets during breastfeeding.
