Recommended Dosage:
The recommended starting dose of Myqorzo is 5 mg administered orally once daily. Tablets should be taken once daily with or without meals at about the same time every day. Swallow tablets whole. Increase the dose every 2 to 8 weeks by 5 mg until a maintenance dose or the maximum recommended dose of 20 mg once daily is achieved. The maintenance dose of Myqorzo is individualized based on the patient’s LVEF and LVOT-G.

If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible on the same day. The next scheduled dose should be taken at the usual time the following day. Never take two doses on the same day.

• Treatment with Myqorzo may increase the probability of heart failure in some patients. Watch for symptoms such as sudden weight gain, shortness of breath, swelling in the legs, or unusual fatigue. Get medical attention as soon as possible if these symptoms develop or worsen during treatment.
• This treatment is affected by medicines that influence the Cytochrome P450 enzyme system. Certain drugs may increase side effects, including heart problems, while others may reduce their effectiveness. Let your doctor know about all medicines, supplements, or herbal products before starting treatment.
• Myqorzo may cause harm to an unborn baby. Do not use it during pregnancy unless clearly advised by a healthcare provider. Women of childbearing potential must use effective contraception during treatment and discuss risks promptly if pregnancy occurs.
• It is not known whether Myqorzo passes into human breast milk. Because of potential serious side effects in infants, breastfeeding is generally not recommended during treatment. Discuss alternative feeding options with your clinician before starting or continuing therapy.
