Recommended Dosage:

Monitor kidney function, fluid balance, and side effects regularly, particularly in serious impairment or end-stage disease conditions closely managed.
• Use this medicine cautiously in those with hepatic impairment. Liver dysfunction may alter metabolism and increase risk. Consider lower starting doses. Monitor liver enzymes and clinical status. Discontinue if significant liver injury or worsening function occurs during treatment and seek medical advice.
