• Treatment with this medicine may cause fetal harm when used during pregnancy. Effective contraception must be used, and pregnancy testing is required before starting treatment. • It is not known whether Rilzabrutinib is excreted in human breast milk; however, potential risks to infants cannot be ruled out. Breastfeeding is not required during treatment and for a period after treatment. Patients should discuss alternative feeding options with their healthcare provider.
