Recommended Dosage:

If interstitial lung disease (ILD) or pneumonitis is suspected, stop treatment immediately and initiate appropriate medical care.
• Nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting may occur while on this treatment. Ensure adequate hydration as well as supportive care. In case symptoms are life-threatening or prolonged, dose adjustments or medical interventions may be required to manage gastrointestinal reactions and prevent further complications.
• Dry skin, skin rashes, or itching can occur during treatment. Patients should use gentle skincare and report any worsening signs. More serious skin reactions may require temporarily stopping Sunvozertinib and using suitable dermatological treatments.
• Eye pain, blurred vision, or discomfort must be reported promptly. Regular eye exams are required. In case ocular symptoms occur, refer to an ophthalmologist. Long-term damage may be caused as a result of using Sunvozertinib, so depending on severity, treatment interruption or dose reduction may be required.
• Treatment with Sunvozertinib 200 mg/150 mg may cause harm to the developing fetus. Women of childbearing age/potential should use relevant contraception during treatment and for a period after the final dose. If pregnancy suspected, the patient must be informed about the probable risks to the unborn child.
• It is not known if this therapeutic drug passes into human breast milk. Because of potential risks to the infant, breastfeeding can be avoided during treatment and for a certain period after the final dose. A healthcare provider (HCP) should guide decisions regarding nursing.
