Recommended Dosage:
The recommended dosage of Zycubo in pediatric patients:

• aged less than 1 year is 1.45 mg administered subcutaneously twice daily (8-12 hours between injections).
• aged 1 year to less than 17 years of age is 1.45 mg administered subcutaneously once daily.

If a dose is missed, administer the missed dose as quickly as possible. Administer the next scheduled dose at least 6 hours after the administration of the missed dose.

• Treatment with Zycubo injection may cause copper accumulation in the body with prolonged use or high doses. Excess copper can cause toxicity affecting the liver, kidneys, and nervous system. Regular monitoring of copper levels and clinical symptoms is required during treatment.
• This medicine may increase the risk of kidney injury in some patients. Monitor kidney function regularly through laboratory tests. Patients with active kidney disease require close supervision. Let your doctor know immediately if decreased urine, swelling, or unusual fatigue occurs while on treatment.
• Use this therapeutic drug with caution in those with liver disease. The medicine may affect liver function in some individuals. Routine liver function tests are required during therapy. Get medical advice in case symptoms like dark urine, jaundice, abdominal pain, or fatigue appear.
• Zycubo injection may occasionally affect blood cell counts. Patients may experience low white blood cells, anemia, or platelet reduction. Regular blood tests are required during treatment. Contact your clinician if unusual bleeding, infections, bruising, or persistent weakness occurs.
