• Gallbladder abnormalities (cholelithiasis) — periodic monitoring is recommended.

• Thyroid function abnormalities have been reported; periodic monitoring recommended.
• Cardiac effects such as bradycardia and conduction abnormalities may occur.
• Common side effects include abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and headache.
