The Agreement applies to you whether you are a patient, his/her representatives or legal heirs, a legal guardian or parent of the patient, and registered through the Website (“End User”, “you” or “User (s)”, as the context permits).
Indian Pharma Network facilitates sourcing and facilitating importing of rare disease drugs (“Products”) not available in India (“Territory”) on a named patient supply basis under the scope of this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to the Users for the order request, quotations, facilitating supply of the Products sourced by Indian Pharma Network to the Users including the following services to (i) search for Products by name, type, and geographical area, or any other criteria that may be developed and made available by Indian Pharma Network, (ii) to submit an enquiry for import of Products, (iii) to get a price (ex-works) quote valid for a period of three (03) days (iv) to place the order for purchase of specified quantity of the Product as mentioned in the price quote within three (03) days from the date of the price quote provided for and on behalf of User (v) to collect the price from the User in advance before the raising of Order Requests with the supplier (vi) to facilitate the Users in obtaining import license of the Products for the Territory from the relevant regulatory authority; (vii) engage with India Pharma Network support personnel for (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) & (vi) (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Throughout the Website, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Indian Pharma Network, which offers this Website for the Services, including all information, tools, and services available on this Website to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance of this Privacy Policy stated therein.
THE WEBSITE WILL BE COLLECTING AND TRANSMITTING PERSONAL, MEDICAL, AND HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT WE CAN COLLECT, USE, AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. When your Website User account (“Account”) has been issued by an account administrator with administrative rights over your Account, your account administrator will have access to your Account information.
If you receive any honoraria or payment in connection with a survey or request for feedback, your information may be shared with the funding source or sponsor of such survey or program.

We will collect such users’ payment details and/or other financial institution information, such as bank account numbers, and will use that information for the billing and payment processes, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such payment details and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation. Verification of payment information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process. User’s payment details are transacted on secure sites of approved payment gateways, which are digitally encrypted, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. However, we provide you with an option not to save your payment details. Users are advised, however, that internet technology is not fully proof safe and users should exercise discretion when using the same.
De-Identified Information: We may use De-Identified Information created by us without restriction.
