• In patients with a known history of risk factors for QT prolongation and in patients taking concomitant drugs that might prolong the QT interval, health specialists should evaluate the benefit-risk ratio including the potential for Torsade de pointes before initiating Nubeqa.
• The existing findings in patients with moderate hepatic impairment are limited, and the medicine darolutamide has not been assessed in patients with severe hepatic impairment. As exposure might be enhanced those patients should be precisely monitored for side effects.
