Recommended Dosage:
The recommended dosage of Revuforj depends on the patient’s body weight and whether they are taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitor medicines. For patients weighing 40 kg or more, the usual dose is 270 mg twice daily. If they are taking a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, the dose is reduced to 160 mg twice daily.
For patients weighing less than 40 kg, the dose is based on body surface area (BSA). Without strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, the usual dose is 160 mg/m² twice daily. With strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, the dose is 95 mg/m² twice daily.
If the strong CYP3A4 inhibitor is stopped, the Revuforj dose should be increased after waiting at least five half-lives of the inhibitor medicine.

Continue treatment until there is evidence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Always follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

• Differentiation syndrome is a serious condition that can happen as a reaction to some treatments. Symptoms include fever, trouble breathing, swelling, high blood pressure, and fluid retention. Symptoms of this syndrome require urgent medical care. If symptoms happen, doctors may stop treatment for the patient and start them on health steroids.
• Revuforj Tablets can possibly cause some heart rhythm changes, such as changes to the QT interval. This can lead to an increased risk of a serious condition called Torsades de Pointes. Patients with heart problems or imbalances in electrolytes need to be monitored more closely. Periodic ECGs and medical supervision are necessary.
