• Fluid retention/edema and pulmonary hypertension have been reported; monitor for signs of fluid overload, particularly in patients with cardiac risk factors.
• Hypertrichosis (excess hair growth) has been reported.
• Hyperglycemia may occur; monitor blood glucose, especially in patients with diabetes risk factors.
• Should be used as part of a comprehensive Prader-Willi syndrome management plan under specialist supervision.
