Tagraxofusp-erzs Injection

Tagraxofusp-erzs (marketed as Elzonris), from Stemline Therapeutics, is indicated for the treatment of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older.

Tagraxofusp-erzs is a CD123-directed cytotoxin: it consists of human interleukin-3 fused to a truncated diphtheria toxin, targeting CD123-expressing BPDCN cells and delivering the toxin directly into them, disrupting protein synthesis and causing cell death.

• Boxed warning: Capillary leak syndrome (CLS), which can be life-threatening or fatal — monitor weight, blood pressure, and albumin levels closely, especially during the first cycle.
• Hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
• Hepatotoxicity — monitor liver function tests.
• Requires albumin level assessment before each dose; treatment may need to be withheld if levels are low.

What documents are required to import Tagraxofusp-erzs to India?

Tagraxofusp-erzs may be imported in the patient’s name only, by patients or government hospitals. The following documentation is required:
