Tralokinumab-ldrm is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to and neutralizes interleukin-13 (IL-13), a key cytokine driving the inflammation, itching, and skin barrier dysfunction seen in atopic dermatitis.

• Hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, have been reported.
• Conjunctivitis and other eye disorders have been reported; refer to an ophthalmologist if new or worsening symptoms occur.
• Should not be used to treat acute asthma symptoms or acute bronchospasm.
• Live vaccines should be avoided during treatment.
