Indian Pharma Network is a fast-growing pharmaceutical consultancy and service company providing access to medicines that are not approved or available in the home country through a reliable network of pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacies.

We have a reliable network of suppliers and wholesalers who source the medicine from the authorized manufacturer/ company in countries like the USA, Europe, and Japan. We deliver to patients worldwide under proper temperature conditions and packing. We also help many companies source the RLD medicines and other medicine required for BE/BA studies.

2. What are your hours of operation?

We (IPN) are available from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm (Indian Standard Time) except on National Holidays (declared by the Indian Government). However, we receive your queries 24 x 7 and respond immediately through emails once the office reopens on the next available working day. For other urgent requirements, you can reach us through email at info@indianpharmanetwork.in during closing hours. We will revert within 2 hours after you submit your detailed enquiry & contact number with ISD Code.

5. Where can I buy medicine?

We help you to connect with suppliers who are authorized distributors for prescribed medicines. We also assist in delivering these medicines to your location using reliable courier/Air Freight companies.

6. Is medicine available in India?

Some medicines have been approved recently in the USA or Europe, Or Japan but not yet approved in India or other countries that are not permitted to be imported or marketed commercially. Such medications are not available in India and can only be imported to particular countries from USA/Europe for patients’ personal use.

7. What is Named Patient Program?

Some medicines that have been approved recently in the USA or Europe but not yet approved in India or any other countries are not permitted to be imported or marketed commercially. However, they may be required for the treatment of patients to save their lives who have exhausted all other available treatment options in their country. Named – Patient Program is to facilitate the import of such medicines for personal use. There is a provision under the Indian Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 that permits the patient to import these medicines in small quantities. Similar regulatory provisions also exist in other countries.
We assist patients in preparing legal documents for import and connecting them with authorized suppliers in the USA and Europe to secure genuine products.

8. Why is the image shown on the website different from the item I received?

Images shown on websites are sometimes taken from images released by manufacturing companies specific to the country/Region. Over a period of time, they go through some minor makeovers depending on regulatory changes, country-specific, language-specific, or batch variations. This is sometimes not possible to cover all variations on a website. However, we assure you of genuine sourcing for all products supplied using Indian Pharma Network services.

Buying and selling medicines

1. How can I order medicines?

You can use either of these contact processes to place your order:

Through Email:We require the following documents to process your order immediately.
Doctor’s Prescription – A scanned copy of the Doctor’s prescription must be attached with your order confirmation mail. We can also process orders if the prescription is in the local language; however, please furnish the name of the Doctor and Patient in English.
Patient’s Identity card – We will require a scanned copy of the patient’s identity card to process the order. Identity cards can be Passport copies, Driving License copies, Employee cards, or any ID document with your photo.
Purchase Order Form – We send Purchase Order Form via mail once you decide to purchase medicine through us. This needs to be filled, signed, and sent along with other documents mentioned above. Please send your order directly to info@indianpharmanetwork.com. We will respond within 1 working day after receiving your mail. Please mention medication details like the name of the medication, strength, and quantity. You are also required to attach a copy of the prescription and patient’s identity card along with the email.

Upon receiving confirmation for the medication, our supplier will raise a Pro-Forma Invoice containing details of medicine, price, logistic cost, and all other charges. Pro-Forma Invoice will also have the supplier’s license number, contact number, address, and Bank details to proceed further.

2. What information do you need from me to process my order as fast as possible?

We will require the following documents to process your order immediately

  • Doctor’s Prescription – Scan copy of Doctor’s prescription need to be attached with your order confirmation mail. We can also process order if prescription is in local language, however, please furnish name of Doctor and Patient in English.
  • Patient’s Identity card – We will require scan copy of Patient’s identity card to process order. Identity card can be Passport copy, Driving License copy, Employee card or any Photo ID document.
  • Purchase Order Form – We will send Purchase Order Form through mail once you decide to purchase medicine through us. This need to be filled signed and send us along with other documents as mentioned above.

3. Why do you require prescription?

We do not facilitate assistance for OTC (Over the Counter) medications. Our suppliers deal in Prescription medicine/drugs only. Such medication cannot be sold without a prescription. Therefore, we (IPN) need an authentic prescription from a practicing Medical Doctor (Registered Medical Practitioner).

4. What if I don’t have the prescription at the time of ordering?

We can send medicine only after receiving a prescription written by a Medical Practitioner. The medication cannot be dispensed without a valid prescription. If you do not have the prescription at the time of ordering a drug, please consult your Physician before ordering the requirements.

5. What is the guarantee of the product’s quality (medicine)?

Our suppliers source medicine only from the company’s authorized distributors, and product images sent to you were from our stocks. Our company promoters are one of the best leading voices in providing access to difficult-to-get medicines.

In India and some Asian countries, the contents of medication are sealed and accompanied by the Prescribing Information (PI). We may also help you out with the Certificate of Analysis of the medicine in some cases (sharing the CoA is the sole discretion of the Manufacturer and might depend on case base scenario)

6. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges varies and depends on quantity, country and product. There are products which require shipment under temperature controlled (between 2-8C) will cost more than products which can be shipped at normal temperature. Shipping Charges includes Logistic cost, documentation and NOC clearance from authority.

7. What the process for order confirmation?

Process of Order confirmation:-

Receiving your Purchase Order Form along with all documents (copy of Prescription & Patient’s ID Card)

Upon receiving this confirmation, our supplier will raise Pro-Forma Invoice containing details of medicine, price, logistic cost and all other charges applicable. Pro-Forma Invoice will also have supplier’s license number, contact and Bank details to proceed further

You will be required to make online payment using bank details mentioned in Pro-forma Invoice.
Medicine will be courier once money received in Supplier’s account. Mail service tracking will be provided. We will update you at every step of transaction.

Others

1. What time frame took to deliver the medicine?

It usually takes 8-9 working days after the medicine is dispatched to reach medicine at the appropriate locations. Additional delays may occur due to the heavy load on the postal services and customs.

2. Delay in order receiving or not receiving

We assist you with the best of our resources and documentation so that you receive medicine at your address within the required time in safe and secure conditions. However, the Indian Pharma Network is not accountable for any delay, loss, or damage of your order in transit or the non-receive ability of the medicine at the destination country/port. The sole responsibility for receiving the medicine is of the patient (his relatives). We provide you with the tracking details of your medicine courier. Kindly contact the courier service/concerned authorities to gain visibility on custom clearance and applicable duties.

3. What are the payment options available?

  • We advise to transfer money only through Interbank Transfer Modalities;
  • Online Net-banking for within-India transfer
  • International Wire Transfer (SWIFT) from outside India
  • Cash on Delivery within India

4. What is the warranty / guarantee and after sale service of product delivered?

The medicines, once shipped, will not be taken back. We will help you with the Export Invoice and tracking details of the order. International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by us.
