In case ILD/pneumonitis is confirmed, permanently stop treatment with Telisotuzumab vedotin 20 mg/100 mg and provide relevant medical management.
• Ocular toxicity, including keratitis, dry eyes, and vision changes, may occur. Conduct baseline and periodic ophthalmologic assessments. Patients should report eye discomfort or vision issues. Consider artificial tears or ophthalmic gels for symptomatic relief. Stop treatment for serious or persistent ocular symptoms.
• Infusion-related reactions (IRRs), such as fever, chills, or hypotension, may develop during or after administration. Monitor patients closely during infusions. Premedication may be considered. Interrupt or slow infusion rate if IRRs occur, and manage symptoms with supportive care per clinical guidelines.
• Telisotuzumab vedotin-tllv can cause fetal harm when administered during pregnancy. Advise females of reproductive potential to use effective contraception during treatment and for a specified period afterward. Confirm pregnancy status before initiation. Discontinue use immediately if pregnancy is detected during treatment.
• It is unknown whether Telisotuzumab vedotin-tllv is excreted in human milk. Due to potential risks to the nursing infant, advise against breastfeeding during treatment and for a recommended period following the final dose to ensure infant safety.
• Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established. Telisotuzumab vedotin-tllv is not recommended for use in individuals under 18 years of age. Use in pediatric populations should be avoided until sufficient clinical safety data become available.
